PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS

As part of ISSEMCON 2027 – FRONTIERS in Sports and Exercise Medicine: Innovation • Integration • Excellence, we invite proposals for Pre-Conference Workshops to be held on 23rd April 2027 at KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (Deemed to be University), Belagavi, Karnataka.

The pre-conference workshops are envisioned as interactive, practical and skill-oriented learning experiences, providing participants with opportunities to engage with contemporary concepts, techniques, technologies and applications in Sports and Exercise Medicine and allied disciplines.

We welcome proposals from experienced clinicians, academicians, researchers, sports scientists and professionals with demonstrated expertise in relevant areas.

We particularly encourage workshops that:

  • Offer hands-on and experiential learning
  • Address emerging areas and current advances in Sports & Exercise Medicine
  • Integrate evidence with clinical or practical application
  • Provide opportunities for participant interaction and skill development
  • Encourage multidisciplinary learning
  • Introduce innovative technologies, techniques or approaches
  • Address contemporary challenges in sports, exercise, rehabilitation and human performance

Workshop Format

Proposals may be submitted for interactive, practical or hands-on workshops. The final duration, format, participant capacity and logistics will be determined by the Organizing/Scientific Committee in consultation with the workshop proposer.

Proposal Review

All proposals will be reviewed by the Scientific/Organizing Committee. Selection will be based on relevance to the conference theme, scientific merit, educational value, practical applicability, innovation and feasibility. Selected workshop proposers will subsequently be contacted regarding the detailed programme, faculty, duration, participant capacity and logistical requirements.
