ISSEMCON 2027 invites researchers, clinicians, academicians, students and professionals to submit original scientific work for consideration for oral or poster presentation.

We welcome original research, clinical studies, systematic reviews, innovative approaches and relevant scientific work across Sports and Exercise Medicine and allied disciplines.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors and keywords).
  • Title: Concise and relevant; avoid abbreviations.
  • Structure: Background | Objectives | Methods | Results | Conclusion
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords
  • Font: Arial, 11 pt
  • Language: English
  • Presentation: Oral or Poster; final mode will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
  • Originality: Abstracts must represent original work and should not contain previously published data.
  • Ethics: Ethical approval should be obtained where applicable.
  • Conflict of Interest: Must be declared.
  • Funding: Funding source, if any, must be disclosed.
  • Authors: All authors and their institutional affiliations must be entered at the time of submission.
  • Submission: Abstracts must be submitted online through the official ISSEMCON 2027 website.
  • Review: All abstracts will undergo review by the Scientific Committee.
  • Acceptance: Acceptance notifications and presentation instructions will be communicated to the presenting author.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation format (Oral/Poster) and acceptance of submitted abstracts.
